The URP track-free asphalt mixture comprises mineral aggregate, asphalt and a URP asphalt modifier, the concrete comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 41.9-44 parts of coarse aggregate; 33.4 to 37.5 parts of steel slag; 11.4 to 15 parts of fine aggregate; 7.3 to 11.3 parts of mineral powder; the mass ratio of the asphalt to the mineral aggregate is 0.058 to 0.064; and the mass ratio of the URP asphalt modifier to the mineral aggregate to the asphalt mixture is 0.9-1.2 wt%. According to the rut-free asphalt mixture with lasting skid resistance prepared by the invention, the high-temperature rut resistance can be remarkably improved, specifically, the high-temperature rut resistance can be improved by 10 times or more, and the rut-resistant dynamic stability test index under the condition of 70 DEG C can reach 10000 times/mm or more.
