The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-water-content thermal insulation material component, which comprises the following steps: dispersing ceramic fibers and a sintering aid in a solvent to obtain ceramic fiber mixed slurry; carrying out suction filtration on the ceramic fiber mixed slurry to obtain a ceramic fiber wet material; carrying out compression molding on the ceramic fiber wet material to obtain a thermal insulation material wet blank; drying the thermal insulation material wet blank to obtain a thermal insulation material dry blank; sintering the thermal insulation material dry blank to obtain a thermal insulation material framework blank; machining the heat insulation material framework blank according to the shape and the size of the required heat insulation material component to obtain a heat insulation material inner core framework; performing vacuum impregnation on the thermal insulation material inner core skeleton by using hydrogel to obtain a thermal insulation material inner core; and packaging the heat-insulating material inner core by adopting a barrier coating film to obtain the heat-insulating material component. The invention further protects a heat insulation material component which has high latent heat active heat absorption and efficient passive heat insulation and has wide application prospects.
本发明公开了一种高含水隔热材料构件的制备方法,包括将陶瓷纤维和烧结助剂分散于溶剂中,得到陶瓷纤维混合浆料;将陶瓷纤维混合浆料进行抽滤,得到陶瓷纤维湿料;将陶瓷纤维湿料压制成型,得到隔热材料湿坯;将隔热材料湿坯进行干燥,得到隔热材料干坯;将隔热材料干坯进行烧结,得到隔热材料骨架毛坯;按照所需隔热材料构件形状和尺寸对隔热材料骨架毛坯进行机加工,得到隔热材料内芯骨架;利用水凝胶对隔热材料内芯骨架进行真空浸渍,得到隔热材料内芯;采用阻隔包覆膜对隔热材料内芯进行封装,得到隔热材料构件。本发明还保护一种隔热材料构件,兼具高潜热主动吸热和高效被动隔热,具有广泛的应用前景。
