According to the method, artificial visual observation and non-destructive detection are carried out on the impacted steel reinforced concrete structure, the damage conditions of the steel reinforced concrete structure are divided into four grades in combination with the ratio of the actual impact force to the shear bearing capacity of the oblique section, and then different emergency repair schemes can be made according to the different damage conditions; and the use safety of the engineering structure can be guaranteed while the use function of the engineering facility can be quickly recovered.
