The invention belongs to the technical field of bridges and culverts, and particularly relates to a bridge and culvert structure facilitating passing of wild animals, which comprises a bridge, and a culvert is arranged at the bottom of the bridge; a plurality of hydraulic rods are fixedly mounted at the top of the inner wall of the culvert; the water level sensor can monitor rising of the water level in the culvert, monitored information is transmitted to the controller, when the water level reaches a certain value, the controller is used for starting the hydraulic rod, so that the output end of the hydraulic rod drives the connecting frame to move downwards, the controller can adjust the height of the connecting frame according to the actual height of the water level, and the water level can be adjusted. When the water level drops to a certain value, the controller resets the connecting frame to the top of the culvert through the hydraulic rod.
