The second protective net is composed of second positioning supports which are longitudinally arranged on the supporting seats in a sleeving mode and electronic cables arranged between every two adjacent second positioning supports. A connecting rod piece used for installing a blocking rope and an electronic cable is arranged between the first positioning support and the second positioning support, and when the monitoring assembly monitors that wild animals exist in the set range of the first protective net, the lifting assembly is started to drive the connecting rod piece to move upwards along the first positioning support and the second positioning support; and a crossing area is formed below the first protective net and the second protective net. The grassland fence device can effectively promote free passing of wild animals, meanwhile, the basic function of a fence is considered, and the situation that strong electric shock feeling is generated when the animals touch the fence by mistake when the animals pass through the grassland fence device can be avoided.
