本发明提出一种钢筋混凝土屋面防裂缝渗漏方法，其施工方法有：调查与研究→施工方案制定→施工以及观察试验→数值分析→施工优化，本发明通过对外墙螺杆洞、管道口封堵及门窗细部加强处理，包括窗户底部使用防水砂浆塞实，窗框周边涂刷防水性材料，外墙螺杆洞的清理封堵以及涂刷聚氨酯，通过这样的方式，大大降低了建筑物出现渗漏的风险，也间接降低了后期修补带来的作业风险，同时也保证了建筑物的功能性与实用性得到更好展现；对结构自防水试验过程进行监测，找出渗漏薄弱点，对出现的情况进行深入研究，形成书面报告，后期施工重点盯控，提高结构自防水的能力，进一步解决防水材料防水时间较短，后期维修费用过大的问题。
