METHOD FOR PREVENTING LEAKAGE OF CONCRETE
The present invention relates to a leakage repairing method for a concrete structure. More specifically, the method includes the following steps of: confirming a leaking part of a concrete structure; boring an injection hole in the rear surface of the confirmed leaking part; installing a packer in the bored injection hole; primarily filling the leaking part by injecting a cutoff injection material including a grouting mortar enhancer and grouting powder into the packer installed in the injection hole; secondarily filling the leaking part by injecting an acryl injection material into the injection hole of the primarily filled leaking part; removing the installed packer; and finishing the part from which the packer has been removed with an acryl putty material. According to the present invention, the leakage repairing method for a concrete structure is capable of effectively repairing a leakage of a concrete structure by having an alkaline property which is the same as concrete, having excellent strength, durability, acid-resistance and the like, and having excellent quick setting property.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 누수 보수 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 콘크리트 구조물의 누수 부위를 확인하는 단계와, 상기 확인된 누수 부위의 배면에 주입구멍을 천공하는 단계와, 상기 천공된 주입구멍에 패커를 설치하는 단계와, 상기 주입구멍에 설치된 패커에 그라우팅 몰탈 강화제와 그라우팅 파우더를 포함하는 지수 주입재를 주입하여 누수 부위를 1차 충전하는 단계와, 상기 1차 충전된 누수 부위의 주입구멍에 설치된 패커에 아크릴 주입재를 주입하여 누수 부위를 2차 충전하는 단계와, 상기 설치된 패커를 제거하는 단계와, 상기 패커가 제거된 부위를 아크릴 퍼티재로 마감하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 콘크리트 구조물의 누수 보수 방법에 의하면, 콘크리트와 같은 알칼리성의 물성을 가지며, 강도, 내구성, 내산성 등이 우수하고, 급결성이 우수하여 콘크리트 구조물의 누수를 효과적으로 보수할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
