The invention relates to a preparation method of a fine-grain transparent yttrium aluminum garnet-based ceramic material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: selecting Al2O3 powder, Y2O3 powder and rare earth oxide RE2O3 powder as raw material powder, respectively weighing according to the stoichiometric ratio of (RExY1-x) 3Al5O12 solid-phase reaction, and x is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 8%; adding a sintering aid Mg2Si and a solvent, and mixing to obtain ceramic mixed slurry; drying and sieving to obtain RE: YAG ceramic mixed powder; performing compression molding on the ceramic mixed powder to obtain a ceramic biscuit, and performing debonding to obtain a ceramic debonded biscuit; performing vacuum pre-sintering and sectional type hot isostatic pressing sintering on the ceramic debonding biscuit to obtain a ceramic blank; and performing annealing treatment to obtain the fine-grain transparent yttrium aluminum garnet-based ceramic material.
本发明涉及一种细晶、透明钇铝石榴石基陶瓷材料的制备方法。所述制备方法包括:选取Al2O3粉、Y2O3粉和稀土氧化物RE2O3粉作为原料粉体,按照(RExY1‑x)3Al5O12固相反应化学计量比分别称重,其中0≤x≤8%;添加烧结助剂Mg2Si与溶剂,混合得到陶瓷混合浆料;烘干、过筛,得到RE:YAG陶瓷混合粉体;将陶瓷混合粉体压制成型为陶瓷素坯并脱粘,得到陶瓷脱粘素坯;将陶瓷脱粘素坯进行真空预烧结和分段式热等静压烧结,得到陶瓷毛坯;退火处理,得到所述细晶、透明钇铝石榴石基陶瓷材料。
