Spiral stiff composite pile and construction method and construction pile machine thereof
The invention discloses a stiff composite pile, in particular to a spiral stiff composite pile, which comprises a cement soil mixing pile and a prestressed concrete pipe pile which are compounded with each other, and the prestressed concrete pipe pile is positioned in the center of the cement soil mixing pile; a first paddle of a spiral structure is arranged on the surface of a pile body of the prestressed concrete pipe pile and extends in the axial direction of the pile body. A pile body of the prestressed concrete pipe pile is of a segmented structure in threaded connection. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a construction method and a construction pile machine of the spiral stiff composite pile. The technical problem that during pile foundation construction of the stiff composite pile, the pipe pile is rotatably implanted into the soil layer while the cement soil mixing pile is formed through mixing is solved. The tubular pile is rotatably implanted into the soil layer instead of being traditionally statically implanted into the soil layer, so that the requirement for the ground endurance of a construction site is relatively low, meanwhile, the bearing capacity and the pulling resistance of the tubular pile body can be greatly improved, and in addition, the pile foundation construction efficiency of the stiff composite pile can be improved.
本发明公开了一种劲性复合桩,特别是一种螺旋劲性复合桩,包括相复合的水泥土搅拌桩和预应力混凝土管桩,且预应力混凝土管桩位于水泥土搅拌桩的中心;在预应力混凝土管桩的桩体的表面设有螺旋结构的第一桨叶,并在桩体的轴方向上进行延伸;所述预应力混凝土管桩的桩体为螺纹连接的分节式结构。同时,本发明中还提供了上述一种螺旋劲性复合桩的施工方法及施工桩机。本发明解决了“在劲性复合桩的桩基施工中在搅拌形成水泥土搅拌桩的同时管桩旋转植入土层中”的技术问题。管桩采用旋转植入土层中而非如传统静压入土层中,因此对施工场地的地耐力要求相对较低,同时能够大幅的提升管桩桩身的承载及抗拔能力,另外,还能够提升劲性复合桩的桩基施工效率。
