The invention relates to a rock-socketed steel pipe pile construction guiding device which comprises a base, an external guiding cylinder frame, two built-in guiding arc plate frames, two connecting rods, two extending arc plate frames, two transverse driving assemblies and two longitudinal driving assemblies. The transverse driving assemblies are connected to the two sides of the external guiding cylinder frame and connected with the built-in guiding arc plate frames; mounting cavities are formed in the built-in guide arc plate frames, connecting rods are arranged in the built-in guide arc plate frames, the bottom ends of the connecting rods are connected with extending arc plate frames, longitudinal driving assemblies are connected to the built-in guide arc plate frames, the longitudinal driving assemblies are connected with the connecting rods, and each built-in guide arc plate frame is connected with an external guide cylinder frame through a connecting assembly; the technical problems that according to a construction mode in the prior art, the pile top design elevation is far lower than a construction platform, the positioning effect of a pile foundation with the long steel pipe pile free end is poor, the designed pile top position cannot be accurately guaranteed, resource waste and cost increase are caused, and a measuring instrument needs to be used are solved.
