The invention discloses a barrel-type foundation structure penetration system, which is connected with a barrel-type foundation structure provided with at least one chamber, and comprises underwater execution mechanisms which are in one-to-one correspondence with the chambers of the barrel-type foundation structure and respectively perform water injection and water drainage; and the overwater control mechanism is used for measuring and adjusting the posture of the barrel type foundation structure and controlling the underwater execution mechanism to act. Water injection and drainage are conducted on the barrel type foundation structure, pressure difference is generated inside and outside the barrel, and vertical force generated by a structural body forces the barrel type foundation structure to move in the vertical direction, the problems of positioning, posture adjustment and the like in the installation process of the barrel type foundation structure are solved, and the purposes of real-time monitoring, accurate positioning and efficient installation of the barrel type foundation structure in the seabed installation process are achieved.
