The invention discloses a steel truss corridor and a mounting construction method thereof, which can effectively prevent deformation of the steel truss corridor in the splicing, hoisting and mounting processes and ensure the construction quality of the steel truss corridor. The steel truss corridor comprises an upper chord beam, a lower chord beam and a web member set. The installation construction method comprises the steps that the projection plane and the lofting jig frame position of the steel truss corridor are determined at the top of the installed corridor; mounting a lower chord beam at the top of the jig frame, and performing first displacement and strain monitoring on the lower chord beam; mounting a web member group on the lower chord beam; an upper chord beam is installed at the top of the web member set, and second-time displacement and strain monitoring is conducted on the steel truss corridor; first cantilever beams are installed on the two sides of the lower chord beam, a floor support plate is installed on the first cantilever beams, and then third-time displacement and strain monitoring is conducted on the steel truss corridor; and second cantilever beams are installed on the two sides of the upper chord beam, floor bearing plates are installed on the second cantilever beams, and then fourth-time displacement and strain monitoring is conducted on the steel truss corridor.
