Building corridor type truss integrated structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides a building corridor type truss integrated structure and a construction method thereof. A corridor type steel truss is connected between tops of two adjacent buildings; the front surface and the back surface of the steel truss are connected with glass fiber reinforcement cement decorating brick hanging plate decorative layers of which patterns are the same with those of outer side surfaces of the buildings; and each decorative layer consists of hanging plates which are spliced to one another. In order to really combine the steel truss into a whole building structure, the front surface and the back surface of the steel truss are connected with the decorative layers of which the patterns are the same with those of the buildings, an integrated structure of construction is implemented, and completeness and overall effects of construction are improved. An outer decorative layer of the steel truss consists of glass fiber reinforcement cement decorating brick hanging plates which are spliced to one another; before construction, a region of the steel truss is divided into a plurality of subregions; PVC (polyvinyl chloride) modules are manufactured and carved according to the different types of subregions, and the structures of the PVC modules are consistent to those of the corresponding types of subregions; silicon molds are manufactured by using the PVC modules as prototypes; and the silicon molds are used for manufacturing the hanging plates, and the glass fiber reinforcement cement decorating brick hanging plates only need to be mounted on the steel truss when used.
