Method for underpinning pipe gallery truss through steel beam
The invention discloses a method for underpinning a pipe gallery truss through a steel beam. The method comprises the steps that (1) the length of an underpinning structure steel main beam and the length of an underpinning structure steel secondary beam of an underpinning structure are determined; (2) the specifications of underpinning structural steel primary beams, underpinning structural steel secondary beams and supporting steel corbel components are obtained; (3) supporting steel corbels are fixed to the side faces of the supporting steel columns of the pipe gallery truss, the two underpinning structure steel girders on the two sides in the underpinning structure are placed on the supporting steel corbels on the two sides correspondingly, and an upper chord structure of the pipe gallery truss is supported through the underpinning structure; and (4) after the underpinning structure is installed, the pipe gallery truss lower chord and the pipe gallery truss vertical web members of the pipe gallery truss are dismantled, the pipe gallery truss upper chord, the pipe gallery truss upper chord horizontal tie bars and the pipe gallery truss upper chord inclined tie bars are reserved. According to the method, through on-site connection of the underpinning structure, industrial production activities do not need to be interrupted, and an original pipe gallery structure does not need to be dismantled and reconstructed. Construction is easy, the using effect is good, the manufacturing cost is low, safety is high, and the method can be applied and popularized in pipe gallery truss structure transformation.
本发明公开了一种钢梁托换管廊桁架的方法,(1)确定托换结构的托换结构钢主梁长度和托换结构钢次梁长度;(2)得到托换结构钢主梁、托换结构钢次梁及支承钢牛腿构件的规格;(3)在管廊桁架的支承钢柱侧面固定支承钢牛腿,将托换结构中两侧的2根托换结构钢主梁分别放置在两侧的支承钢牛腿上,通过托换结构支撑住管廊桁架的上弦结构;(4)托换结构安装完成后,拆除管廊桁架的管廊桁架下弦及管廊桁架竖腹杆,管廊桁架上弦、管廊桁架上弦水平系杆和管廊桁架上弦斜向系杆保留。本发明方法通过托换结构的现场连接,无需中断工业生产活动,也不需将原有管廊结构拆除重建。施工简单,使用效果好,造价低,安全性强,可在管廊桁架结构改造中推广应用。
