The emergency type algae treatment multifunctional ship comprises a ship body, and a collecting mechanism and a cleaning mechanism are arranged on the ship body; the collecting mechanism comprises an algae-water separating device and a storage bin which are arranged on the ship body; the cleaning mechanism comprises a truss transversely arranged on the ship body, the truss is connected with a conveying assembly through a driving assembly, the upstream end of the conveying assembly is connected with the algae-water separation device, the downstream end of the conveying assembly is connected with a stripping assembly, and the stripping assembly is used for stripping periphytic algae; the driving assembly comprises a plurality of cranes, and mooring ropes of the cranes are connected with a plurality of hanging rings arranged on the conveying assembly respectively. The auger can influence the flowing of water flow while stripping the algae, so that the algae enter the flow guide cover along with the water flow and then are guided by the flow guide cover to flow into the conveying assembly, the stripped algae can be prevented from escaping into the water body again, and the algae cleaning quality is ensured.
