The invention discloses a multifunctional blue-green algae and bottom mud separation treatment ship which comprises a ship body, a blue-green algae self-suction drawing device, a sludge separation suction head, a blue-green algae and bottom mud treatment chamber, a cockpit and a hydraulic lifting appliance. The blue-green algae self-suction drawing device and the sludge separation suction head are used for collecting blue-green algae on the water surface and sludge at the bottom of a river channel respectively and conveying the blue-green algae and the sludge into the blue-green algae and bottom mud treatment chamber located in the middle of the ship body for treatment, and the algae water treatment cabin is communicated with the blue-green algae and bottom mud treatment chamber; the hydraulic lifting appliance is positioned at the tail part and is used for moving slag discharged from the blue-green algae and bottom mud treatment chamber; and the driving cabin is positioned on the front side of the ship body and is used for controlling the ship body to move. The multifunctional blue-green algae and bottom mud separation treatment ship can realize separation and dehydration work of blue-green algae and sludge, and realizes the function of one machine with two purposes, so that the treatment cost is reduced, the equipment utilization rate is improved, and the applicability is higher.
