Magnesium slag-based comprehensive repair mortar and preparation method thereof
The magnesium slag-based comprehensive repair mortar is prepared from the following raw materials: magnesium slag, mineral powder, fly ash, silica fume, recycled fine aggregate, sodium hydroxide, a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, an organic silicon defoaming agent, polyvinyl alcohol rubber powder, cellulose ether and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, weighing the raw materials except water, and stirring to obtain dry powder; 2, adding water into the dry powder, and stirring; according to the repair mortar, the hydration process of the magnesium slag and the mineral powder is utilized to promote the hydration of the fly ash and improve the increase of the later strength of the repair mortar, the expansion effect of magnesium oxide in the magnesium slag is utilized to counteract the interface contraction force in the hardening process of the repair mortar and improve the interface bonding strength, and meanwhile, by designing the components and content of the repair mortar, the repair mortar has good application prospects. Ordinary, quick-setting and self-compacting repair mortar is developed, multifunctional and multi-scene application of the repair mortar is realized, resource reutilization is realized, and raw material cost and energy consumption are reduced; the preparation process is simple, convenient and easy to implement.
