The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum oxide ceramic substrates, in particular to a high-thermal-conductivity aluminum oxide ceramic substrate material and a production method thereof.The high-thermal-conductivity aluminum oxide ceramic substrate material is prepared by filling a certain amount of lanthanum and barium elements into an aluminum oxide material, well mixing the lanthanum and barium elements with aluminum oxide and then performing high-temperature calcination processing. The surface area of the aluminum oxide material can be increased, the aluminum oxide material with the high surface area can be obtained, rapid heat spreading can be achieved through the high surface area, and the heat conduction performance is improved; the preparation method comprises the following steps: manufacturing an aluminum oxide ceramic substrate from an aluminum oxide material with a high surface area in an isostatic pressing manner, then carrying out copper coating treatment on the surface of the aluminum oxide ceramic substrate, and diffusing the coated copper into the aluminum oxide ceramic substrate with the high surface area at a high temperature. The diffusion amount of copper in the aluminum oxide ceramic substrate can be effectively increased, and at the moment, the high thermal conductivity of the aluminum oxide ceramic substrate is achieved through the high thermal conductivity of copper metal.
本发明涉及氧化铝陶瓷基片技术领域,具体涉及一种高导热氧化铝陶瓷基片材料及其生产方法,本发明通过在氧化铝材料之中加注一定量的镧和钡元素,使得镧和钡元素与氧化铝之间进行很好的混合,再利用高温煅烧加工,可以使得氧化铝材料的表面积增大,可以获得具有高表面积的氧化铝材料,通过高表面积可以实现对热量的快速散播,提高导热性能;本发明通过将具有高表面积的氧化铝材料采用等压成型的方式制造出氧化铝陶瓷基片,然后在氧化铝陶瓷基片表面进行覆铜处理,再通过高温将覆铜扩散到具有高表面积的氧化铝陶瓷基片内部,可以有效的增加氧化铝陶瓷基片内部铜的扩散量,此时利用铜金属的高导热性能实现氧化铝陶瓷基片的高导热性。
