The invention discloses a lead-based high-temperature piezoelectric textured ceramic material with a high texture degree and a preparation method of the lead-based high-temperature piezoelectric textured ceramic material. The general formula of the ceramic material is (1-x) BiScO3-xPbTiO3-ymol% A-awt.% B. The ceramic material is prepared by the process steps of batching, pre-sintering, ball milling, tape casting, tabletting, pressureless closed sintering, polishing, silver firing and the like. The preparation method is simple, good in repeatability and high in yield, the obtained ceramic material has the high Curie temperature which is larger than or equal to 400 DEG C, meanwhile, the piezoelectric property of a sample is greatly improved, and d33 can reach 630 pC/N; the texture degree of the textured piezoelectric ceramic material is very high and is larger than or equal to 99%, so that the performance of the textured piezoelectric ceramic material is close to the single crystal performance, and the electrostrictive strain can reach 0.32 at 40 kV/cm and is two times that of random orientation ceramic; the maximum piezoelectric strain constant of the textured piezoelectric ceramic can reach 923 pm/V, and the textured piezoelectric ceramic has wide prospects in piezoelectric sensors, piezoelectric motors and high-precision displacement.
本发明公开了一种高织构度的铅基高温压电织构陶瓷材料及其制备方法。该陶瓷材料的通式为(1‑x)BiScO3‑xPbTiO3‑ymol%A‑awt.%B,该陶瓷材料通过配料、预烧、球磨、流延、压片、无压密闭烧结、抛光及烧银等工艺步骤制备而成。本发明制备方法简单、重复性好、成品率高,所得陶瓷材料具有较高的居里温度、其居里温度≥400℃,同时大幅度的提升了样品的压电性能,d33可高达630pC/N;且本发明所述织构化压电陶瓷材料的织构度很高,其织构度≥99%,使得织构化压电陶瓷的性能接近单晶性能,电致应变在40kV/cm时可达0.32,是随机取向陶瓷的2倍之大;本发明所述的织构化压电陶瓷的压电应变常数最高可达923pm/V,其在压电传感器、压电电机和高精度位移方面具有广阔的前景。
