Hot-metal bottle adopting permanent layer of phosphoric acid binding agent
The invention provides application of phosphoric acid in preparation of a permanent layer of a hot-metal bottle wall. The invention further provides the permanent layer for the tank wall of the hot-metal tank and the hot-metal tank. Phosphoric acid is particularly used as a binding agent to be applied to preparation of the permanent layer of the tank wall of the hot-metal tank, and the permanent layer with specific composition and proportion is designed. Phosphoric acid is used as a binding agent to produce the amorphous permanent layer, so that construction is facilitated, carbon emission caused by firing is reduced, and the thickness of the permanent layer is reduced to about 2/3 of the original thickness. According to the invention, the problem of steel loading waste caused by thicker thickness of the original permanent layer is solved, the erosion resistance of the permanent layer is improved, the safety of the permanent layer is ensured, and the carbon emission is also reduced; on the premise that the production requirement of an iron plant is met, the capacity expansion purpose is achieved.
本发明提供了磷酸在制备铁水罐罐壁的永久层中的应用。本发明还提供了一种用于铁水罐罐壁的永久层以及铁水罐。本发明特别将磷酸作为结合剂应用在制备铁水罐罐壁的永久层中,并设计了特定组成和配比的永久层。本发明利用磷酸做结合剂,生产不定型永久层,既方便了施工,减少烧成带来的碳排放,并将永久层减薄到原厚度的2/3左右。本发明解决了原永久层厚度较厚带来的装钢量浪费,提高了永久层的抗侵蚀性保证了永久层的安全,也减少了碳排放;在保证满足铁厂生产需要的前提下,达到了扩容目的。
