Iron seepage prevention treatment method for permanent layer of hot-metal bottle and hot-metal bottle structure
The invention discloses an anti-iron-seepage treatment method for a permanent layer of a hot-metal bottle and a hot-metal bottle structure. An anti-iron-seepage coating material is coated between the permanent layer of the hot-metal bottle and a working layer. The method specifically comprises the following steps that before a working layer is built, the surface of a permanent layer is cleaned up; adding water into the anti-seepage iron coating and stirring; uniformly smearing the stirred anti-seepage iron coating on the surface of the permanent layer; and working layer bricks are constructed within 24 hours after the coating material construction, and construction needs to be performed by clinging to the coating material during construction. According to the method, the surface of the permanent layer is coated with the coating material, the gap between the permanent layer and the working layer of the hot-metal bottle can be filled, meanwhile, the permanent layer can be repaired, permeation of molten iron can be effectively prevented, the problem of iron permeation of the hot-metal bottle is solved, and the safety turnover performance of the hot-metal bottle is greatly improved; the service life of the permanent layer can be prolonged by more than 50%, and the method has the advantages of high strength, convenience in construction and low cost.
