Simple preparation method of modified waste tire rubber, finished product and application of modified waste tire rubber in cement mortar
The invention discloses a simple and convenient preparation method of modified waste tire rubber, a finished product and application of the modified waste tire rubber in cement mortar, and belongs to the technical field of rubber derivative compositions. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding waste tire rubber into a tannic acid aqueous solution, mixing, and adjusting the pH value of the obtained mixed solution through an alkaline solution to obtain a pre-reaction solution; (2) adding titanium dioxide into the pre-reaction solution, and reacting to obtain a reaction mixed solution after the reaction is finished; and (3) filtering the reaction mixed solution to obtain a filter cake, and washing and drying the filter cake to obtain the modified waste tire rubber. The process is simple and convenient, the processing condition is mild, the hydrophilicity of the rubber can be obviously improved, and the mechanical property and the photocatalytic performance of the modified rubber composite cement-based material are effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种简便的改性废弃轮胎橡胶的制备方法及成品和其在水泥砂浆中的应用,属于橡胶衍生物的组合物技术领域。本发明包括如下步骤:(1)将废弃轮胎橡胶加至单宁酸水溶液并混合,通过碱性溶液调节所得混合液的pH,得到预反应液;(2)向所述预反应液中加入二氧化钛并进行反应,反应结束后得到反应混合液;(3)所述反应混合液经过滤得滤饼,滤饼经洗涤、干燥,得到改性废弃轮胎橡胶。该工艺简捷、加工条件温和,可明显改善橡胶的亲水性,有效提高了改性橡胶复合水泥基材料的力学性能和光催化性能。
