Construction method for preventing deformation of concrete heavy-duty road pavement
The invention provides an anti-deformation construction method for a concrete heavy-duty road pavement. The anti-deformation construction method comprises the steps of engineering pile construction, pile cap foundation excavation, foundation bearing platform pouring and prestressed pipe pile construction according to the designed elevation. Foundation ground beams between the piles are constructed, specifically, the foundation ground beams are constructed at the design positions of the engineering piles in the road trend; pile cap foundation construction: constructing a pile cap at the top of the engineering pile; and concrete pavement construction is conducted, block pouring areas are erected on the foundation ground beam and the pile cap foundation, armored seam structures are arranged between the adjacent pouring areas, and then concrete pouring is conducted. According to the construction method, the prestressed pipe piles are used for supporting the bearing capacity of the pavement structure, and settlement of the heavy-load road is effectively controlled through connection of the bearing platform foundation and the road structure; the armor seam is installed at the expansion seam position of the pavement structure to be connected with the pavement subsection structure, the armor seam disperses stress generated by thermal expansion and cold contraction changes of the pavement, and it is guaranteed that a heavy-load road is stably and normally used under the soft geological condition.
本发明提出了一种混凝土重载道路路面防变形施工方法,包括工程桩施工,开挖桩帽基础,浇筑基础承台,然后根据设计标高施工预应力管桩;桩间基础地梁施工,沿道路走向在工程桩的设计位置施工基础地梁;桩承台基础施工,在工程桩顶部施工桩承台;混凝土路面施工,在基础地梁与桩承台基础上搭设分块浇筑区,并在各个相邻的浇筑区之间设置铠装缝结构,之后进行混凝土浇筑。本发明的施工方法,使用预应力管桩作为支撑路面结构承载力,通过承台基础与道路结构连接,有效控制重载道路沉降;在路面结构胀缝位置安装铠装缝连接路面分段结构,铠装缝分散路面的热胀冷缩变化产生的应力,保证了重载道路在软弱地质条件下的稳定和正常使用。
