The present invention relates to a concrete composition capable of preventing freezing phenomenon by comprising steelmaking slag balls, road pavement constructed by using the same, and a method for preventing freezing of the road pavement. The concrete composition of the present invention comprises 8.6 to 15.9 % of a binder, 13.8 to 34.6 % fine aggregate, 26.1 to 43.3 % of coarse aggregate, 4.6 to 17.3 % of steelmaking slag balls, and 16.0 to 24.3 % of mixed water, with respect to 100 % of the volume of the entire concrete composition.
본 발명은 제강 슬래그 볼을 함유함으로써 동결(凍結) 현상이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있게 되는 콘크리트 조성물과, 이를 이용하여 구축되는 도로포장과, 이러한 도로포장의 동결을 방지하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
