The invention discloses a continuous rapid pushing device for an overweight large-span bridge and a using method, the device comprises a bridge supporting structure for supporting the whole device and a to-be-erected beam section, and the bridge supporting structure comprises a temporary steel supporting pier and a temporary support; the pushing beam body is arranged on the bridge supporting structure; the pushing driving devices are arranged on the two sides of the pushing beam body and used for providing driving force, and each pushing driving device comprises a motor for providing power, a speed reducer for increasing the output torque, a driving gear arranged at the output end of the speed reducer and a rack meshed with the driving gear; the rolling supporting devices are arranged on the temporary steel supporting piers and play a role in directly supporting the pushing beam body; and the guiding deviation correcting devices are arranged at the two ends of the temporary support and play a role in guiding pushing of the beam body. Continuous propelling of the bridge body is achieved, the propelling speed is increased, damage to the bridge pier caused by rapid propelling is avoided, and later use safety of the bridge is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种超重大跨度桥梁连续快速顶推装置及使用方法,装置包括:对整个装置及待架梁段起支撑作用的桥梁支撑结构,所述桥梁支撑结构包括临时钢支撑墩以及临时支架;设于所述桥梁支撑结构上的顶推梁体;设于所述顶推梁体两侧用于提供驱动力的顶推驱动装置,所述顶推驱动装置包括提供动力的电机、增大输出扭矩的减速机、设于所述减速机输出端的驱动齿轮以及与所述驱动齿轮啮合的齿条;设于所述临时钢支撑墩上对所述顶推梁体起直接支撑作用的滚动支撑装置以及设于所述临时支架两端对梁体推进起导向作用的导向纠偏装置。实现了桥梁梁体的连续推进,加快了推进的速度,且避免了快速推进对桥墩的损伤,保证了桥梁后期使用安全。
