Continuous rapid pushing system for overweight large-span bridge
The invention discloses a continuous and rapid pushing system for an overweight large-span bridge. The continuous and rapid pushing system comprises a bridge supporting structure, a beam body, a pushing driving device, a sliding supporting device, a guiding deviation correcting device and a monitoring control unit. The bridge supporting structure comprises a permanent pier and a temporary steel supporting pier. The pushing driving devices are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the beam body and comprise gears and racks, and the beams are continuously pushed to advance through meshing of the gears and the racks. The sliding supporting device comprises a sliding plate which forms a friction pair with the composite steel plate at the bottom of the beam body. The guiding deviation correcting devices are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the beam body and push the beam body to be within a safety value range when the beam body deviates transversely. The monitoring control unit controls the pushing driving device to stably move the beam body to a designed bridge site; jacking oil cylinders arranged at the tops of the permanent bridge piers jack the beam body to finish beam falling operation of beam body stress system conversion. According to the rapid pushing system, the purpose of continuous, rapid and safe one-time cross-line construction in-place of a large-span and large-tonnage bridge body can be achieved.
