The invention relates to an operation railway jacking culvert back-wall-free dragging construction method and equipment. At present, a back wall needs to be constructed during construction of a jacking culvert of an operating railway, so that the construction period is long, the investment cost is high and the environment is not friendly. According to the method, a jacking culvert is built on one side of a planned culvert position of a roadbed; reinforcing the roadbed in the influence range of the prepared culvert; a roadbed soil body in the range of the planned culvert is excavated out, and the track structure is supported and reinforced; a pentahedral conical head and a dragging rope rear anchor plate are installed on the head portion and the tail portion of the jacking culvert correspondingly; the dragging rope penetrates through the pentahedral conical head to jack the culvert and the dragging rope rear anchor plate; and the dragging rope is dragged by a dragging vehicle, so that the jacking culvert is pulled into the roadbed. The construction thought of eliminating the back wall is adopted, a large number of horizontal jacks do not need to be laid at the bottom of the working pit to push the end of the culvert bottom plate, dragging construction can be achieved through a conventional engineering vehicle or a winch as the source of needed dragging power, and the beneficial effect of being short in construction period is achieved.
本发明涉及一种运营铁路顶进涵洞无背墙拖拉施工方法及设备。目前运营铁路顶进涵洞施工需要构建后背墙,导致施工周期长、投入成本高、环境不友好。本方法在路基的拟定涵洞位置一侧建造顶进涵洞;加固拟定涵洞影响范围内的路基;挖除拟定涵洞范围内的路基土体,并支撑加固轨道结构;在顶进涵洞的首部和尾部分别安装五面体锥头和拖曳绳后锚板;将拖曳绳穿过五面体锥头、顶进涵洞和拖曳绳后锚板;利用拖曳车辆拖拉拖曳绳,从而将顶进涵洞拉入路基内。本发明以消除后背墙为施工思路,无需大量的水平千斤顶铺设与工作坑底部顶推涵洞底板的端头,所需拖拉动力的来源可通过常规工程车辆或卷扬机即可实现拖拉施工,具有施工工期短的优势。
