The invention relates to a station roadbed long-distance jacking box culvert small machine tool opposite jacking construction method and equipment. According to the method, box culverts are built on the two sides of a prepared culvert position of a roadbed body; reinforcing and supporting a track and a station track above the roadbed body; horizontally inserting a drill rod with a hole into the roadbed body; installing drills on the end face of the box culvert; oppositely-pulled steel strands are led into the roadbed body and penetrate out of the box culverts on the two sides; a counter-pulling jack is installed at the tail end of the counter-pulling steel strand; and the opposite-pulling jacks are started, and the box culvert is jacked into the roadbed body from the surface of the drilling rod with the hole from the two sides and gets close to the middle to walk to a preset position. The structural requirement that a large-size concrete back wall needs to be manufactured to balance horizontal jacking force in a traditional box culvert jacking process is omitted, interference of back wall construction and surrounding buildings is overcome, the box culverts on the two sides are oppositely pulled in place through horizontal force provided by the jacks, and finally long-distance box culvert jacking construction within the station range is completed; and the enforceability of box culvert jacking construction is improved.
本发明涉及一种车站路基长距离顶进箱涵小机具对顶施工方法及设备。本方法在路基本体的拟定涵洞位置两侧建造箱涵;对路基本体上方的轨道和股道间进行加固支撑;向路基本体内水平插打带孔钻杆;在箱涵端面安装钻头;将对拉钢绞线引入路基本体,经两侧的箱涵中穿出;在对拉钢绞线的末端安装对拉千斤顶;启动对拉千斤顶,从两侧将箱涵从带孔钻杆表面顶入路基本体,向中间靠拢行走至预定位置。本发明取消了传统顶进箱涵需要制作大体积混凝土后背墙以平衡水平顶推力的结构需求,克服后背墙施作与周边建筑的干扰,利用千斤顶提供的水平力将两侧箱涵对拉就位,最终完成车站范围长距离顶进箱涵的施工,提高了顶进箱涵施工的可实施性。
