The invention discloses a thermal management system, an excavator and a control method of the excavator, a cooling flow path is formed on the thermal management system, the cooling flow path comprises a first main road, a first cooling branch, a second cooling branch and a short circuit branch, and the thermal management system comprises a radiator, a diesel engine, an electric device to be cooled and a switching device. The radiator is arranged on the first main pipeline, the diesel engine is arranged on the first cooling branch, the electric device to be cooled is arranged on the second cooling branch, and the switching device is used for switching the two ends of the first main pipeline to be communicated with the two ends of the first cooling branch or the two ends of the second cooling branch; the two ends of the short-circuit branch are switched to be communicated with the two ends of the second cooling branch to form a self-circulation flow path, so that the thermal management system has multiple cooling modes. Therefore, no matter traditional diesel power or pure electric power is adopted, a set of water cooling system is adopted.
本发明公开一种热管理系统、挖掘机及其控制方法,热管理系统上形成有冷却流路,冷却流路包括第一主干路、第一冷却支路、第二冷却支路以及短接支路,热管理系统包括有散热器、柴油发动机、待冷却用电器件以及切换装置,散热器设于第一主干路上,柴油发动机,设于第一冷却支路上,待冷却用电器件设于第二冷却支路上,以及,切换装置用以切换第一主干路的两端与第一冷却支路的两端或者第二冷却支路的两端连通,或者,用以切换短接支路的两端与第二冷却支路的两端连通并形成自循环流路,以使得热管理系统具有多种冷却模式。从而,实现无论采用传统柴油动力还是纯电动力,采用一套水冷系统。
