The invention discloses a large-area concrete bottom plate flatness control system and a construction method.The system comprises a system body and a scaleplate fixed to a wall, and the system body comprises a scraping and vibrating device, a receiving chamber, a discharging switch, an exhaust fan, a film covering device, a roller and a laser receiver; the scaleplate device is used for adjusting the height and emitting laser to the laser receiver on the shell of the system body to provide elevation for leveling of the concrete bottom plate, the laser receiver starts the scraping and vibrating device after receiving a laser signal, the scraping and vibrating device is used for ramming and scraping the bottom plate, and the exhaust fan provides suction force for the material receiving chamber. Redundant concrete on the surface of the bottom plate is sucked and conveyed to the material receiving chamber through the scraping and vibrating device, a bottom outlet of the material receiving chamber fills and levels up a local notch of the concrete of the bottom plate, and the film covering device covers the concrete surface with a film through rotation of a roller, so that the problems that the flatness deviation of large-area concrete bottom plate construction is large, and the construction efficiency is high are solved.
