The invention discloses a concrete ground control construction method which comprises the following steps that a plurality of sets of track supports are manufactured, and each set of track supports comprises a plurality of n-shaped leveling supports and galvanized steel pipes; after the ground steel wire mesh above the concrete cushion layer is bound, drilling holes in the poured concrete cushion layer according to the set mounting position of the n-shaped leveling bracket; the left supporting leg and the right supporting leg of each n-shaped leveling support are hit into drill holes in the concrete cushion layer, the height error of the top faces of the n-shaped leveling supports is adjusted to be within +/-0.5 mm, a plurality of n-shaped leveling supports which are adjacent in the front-back direction and arranged in the longitudinal direction form a set of n-shaped leveling supports, and the multiple sets of n-shaped leveling supports are arranged in parallel in the transverse direction at intervals in the left-right direction; a galvanized steel pipe track is placed on the top wall of each set of n-shaped leveling supports in the longitudinal direction, and the galvanized steel pipe tracks are fixed to the n-shaped leveling supports through binding wires. The concrete cushion layer is sequentially vibrated in a segmented mode from left to right. By means of the method, the integrity is good, and the work efficiency is improved.
