The invention provides a temporary supporting device for shear wall concrete replacement and a construction method, and the temporary supporting device comprises a lining steel plate which penetrates through a shear wall body and is fixedly connected with a longitudinal load-bearing steel bar in a shear wall; the supporting end plate is connected with the part, extending out of the shear wall body, of the lining steel plate; the supporting steel pipe is fixed between the two supporting end plates; the lining steel plate transmits the axial stress of the shear wall to the supporting end plate, the supporting end plate further transmits the axial stress to the external supporting steel pipe, and then concrete replacement of the shear wall can be conducted. According to the method, the procedure of reinforcing the upper floor slab and the lower floor slab in a traditional method is omitted, arrangement of inter-floor steel structure columns is avoided, meanwhile, the problem that a structure stress system is damaged due to unloading of the shear wall in the dismantling stage is solved, construction steps are simplified, and construction efficiency, quality and safety are improved.
本发明提供的一种剪力墙混凝土置换用临时支撑装置及施工方法,包括内衬钢板,穿过剪力墙墙体,且与剪力墙内部的纵向受力钢筋固定连接;支撑端板,与所述内衬钢板的外伸出剪力墙墙体部分连接;以及支撑钢管,固定于两支撑端板之间;所述内衬钢板将剪力墙轴向应力传到至所述支撑端板,所述支撑端板进一步将轴向力传导至外部的所述支撑钢管,进而可以进行剪力墙的混凝土置换。本发明减少了传统方法加固上下层楼板的工序,避免设置楼层间钢结构柱,同时也避免拆除阶段剪力墙卸载使得结构受力体系被破坏的问题,简化了施工步骤,提高施工效率、质量和安全性。
