The invention relates to a preparation method of a ceramic riser tube for a high-temperature alloy, a shell is manufactured on a 3D printed wax mold through a refractory slurry/sand layer-by-layer coating process, the manufactured shell is of a multi-layer structure, and the high-temperature-strength and airtight ceramic riser tube can be prepared through slurry and process parameters adopted by each layer. The ceramic riser tube is prepared through a 3D printing rapid forming wax mold and a layer-by-layer coating and hanging method, and low-cost and large-batch production of the ceramic riser tube is achieved. The two annular baffles are installed at the position where the flange is needed, the riser tube body and the flange are manufactured step by step, the flange is manufactured through the annular baffles, the forming integrity of the flange and the smoothness of the upper surface and the lower surface are guaranteed, and then the air tightness between the riser tube and equipment and between the riser tube and a mold shell is guaranteed. And meanwhile, the connection strength of the flange and the riser tube body is ensured.
本发明涉及一种高温合金用陶瓷升液管的制备方法,通过耐火浆料/砂逐层涂挂工艺在3D打印的蜡模上制作型壳,制作型壳为多层结构,且每层采用的浆料和工艺参数使得能够制备高温强度、气密性陶瓷升液管。通过3D打印快速成型蜡模,以及逐层涂挂的方法制备陶瓷升液管,实现了低成本、大批量生产陶瓷升液管。在需要法兰的位置的安装两个圆环形挡板,将升液管本体与法兰分步制作,采用圆环形挡板制作法兰,即保证了法兰成形完整性以及上、下表面的平整性,进而保证了升液管与设备、模壳之间的气密性,又同时保证了法兰与升液管本体连接的强度。
