Compared with the prior art, the road base material, the preparation method and the application have the advantages that characteristics of different solid wastes are explored and utilized to the greatest extent on the premise of guaranteeing the quality of road base engineering, high-added-value utilization of the solid wastes is realized in a synergistic curing manner, and the road base material is high in process operability and has large value of large-area popularization.
本发明提供了一种固废协同固化的道路基层材料、制备方法及应用,按质量份计,固废协同固化的道路基层材料包括,40~80份干重高液限红黏土、20~60份干重建筑垃圾细粉、3~12份无机结合料、0.01~0.1份固化剂以及10~20份水;无机结合料包括水泥和/或石灰。相比于现有技术,本发明提供的道路基层材料、制备方法及应用在保证道路基层工程质量的前提下,最大程度发掘并利用不同固废的特性,以协同固化的方式实现了固废的高附加值利用,并且工艺可操作性强,具有大面积推广大的价值。
