The invention provides a method for preparing architectural ceramics from full-barren materials and architectural ceramics, the method comprises the following steps: mixing raw mineral materials for blanks according to a preset blank formula to obtain a mixed raw material, the raw mineral materials for the blanks being full-barren materials; carrying out wet ball milling on the mixed raw material, and treating to obtain a blank mud pie; adding an aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution into the blank mud pie, performing extrusion molding to obtain a mud material, and feeding the mud material into a roller press to prepare a ceramic green body; and treating the ceramic green body to obtain the architectural ceramic. According to the invention, the full lean material is used as the ceramic raw material, clay is not needed, the strength of the ceramic green body is improved by adding the aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution, and the formed ceramic green body is obtained through extrusion forming and roller press treatment, so that the problems that the strength of the ceramic green body is reduced and the ceramic green body is difficult to form due to reduction of the use amount of the clay are solved.
本发明提供了一种全瘠性料制备建筑陶瓷的方法及建筑陶瓷，所述方法包括：按照预定的坯体配方将坯用矿物原料混合，得到混合原料，所述坯用矿物原料为全瘠性料；将所述混合原料进行湿法球磨后，经处理得到坯料泥团；向所述坯料泥团中加入磷酸二氢铝溶液后挤出成型，得到泥料，并将所述泥料送入辊压机，制备得到陶瓷坯体；对所述陶瓷坯体进行处理，得到建筑陶瓷。本发明通过使用全瘠性料作为陶瓷原料，无需使用粘土，并且通过加入磷酸二氢铝溶液提高陶瓷生坯的强度，通过挤压成型和辊压机处理，得到成型的陶瓷坯体，解决了减少粘土的用量会导致陶瓷生坯的强度降低、陶瓷坯体难以成型的问题。
