The invention provides a carbon foam/carbon aerogel/phase-change material ternary complex and a preparation method thereof.The method comprises the steps that vacuum impregnation, solvent replacement, drying, carbonization and other technological processes are adopted, phenolic aldehyde-based carbon aerogel is generated on a carbon foam framework in situ, and after a phase-change material is heated to the temperature higher than the melting point of the phase-change material, the phase-change material is heated to the temperature higher than the melting point of the phase-change material; the preparation method comprises the following steps: immersing a carbon foam carbon aerogel composite material into a molten phase change material under a vacuum condition, cooling to room temperature to obtain a carbon foam/carbon aerogel/phase change material ternary phase change composite body, preventing seepage of the molten phase change material through capillary force of carbon aerogel, and enhancing the mechanical properties of the composite material through carbon foam, so as to obtain the composite material. The material has the characteristics of high phase change latent heat, excellent thermal stability, good heat insulation performance and the like.
本发明提出一种碳泡沫/碳气凝胶/相变材料三元复合体及其制备方法,该方法采用真空浸渍、溶剂置换、干燥和炭化等工艺过程,酚醛基碳气凝胶在碳泡沫骨架上原位生成,将相变材料加热至高于其熔点的温度后,将碳泡沫碳气凝胶复合材料在真空条件下浸入熔融状态的相变材料中,冷却至室温后得到碳泡沫/碳气凝胶/相变材料三元相变复合体,通过碳气凝胶的毛细管力阻止熔融的相变材料渗流,通过碳泡沫增强复合材料的力学性能,具有相变潜热高、热稳定性优异和隔热性能好等特点。
