Preparation method of pectin-based aerogel-carbon foam aerospace composite material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a pectin-based aerogel carbon foam aerospace composite material, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: pyrolyzing melamine foam to obtain carbon foam; dissolving pectin in an HCl aqueous solution to obtain a pectin solution; putting the carbon foam into a vacuum impregnation tank, vacuumizing, and introducing the pectin solution into the vacuum impregnation tank for impregnation to obtain a pectin wet gel/carbon foam composite material; aging the composite material; replacing the composite material with an ethanol solution oftriethoxysilane; soaking the composite material with a replacement liquid; and carrying out CO2 supercritical drying on the composite material by taking ethanol as a drying medium to obtain the pectin-based aerogel carbon foam aerospace composite material. The pectin-based aerogel carbon foam aerospace composite material is prepared by taking carbon foam taking melamine foam as a precursor as a skeleton, performing vacuum impregnation on pectin sol, and then performing gelation, aging and supercritical drying to obtain thepectin-based aerogel-carbon foam aerospace composite material; wherein the carbon foam is used as a framework, so that the mechanical strength of the fructose-based aerogel is improved, and meanwhile, the flame retardant property is also improved.
本发明公开了一种果胶基气凝胶‑碳泡沫航天复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,将蜜胺泡沫热解得到碳泡沫;将果胶溶于HCl水溶液中,得到果胶溶液;将碳泡沫放置于真空浸渍罐中,抽真空,再将果胶溶液导入真空浸渍罐中浸渍得到果胶湿凝胶/碳泡沫复合材料;将复合材料老化;用三乙氧基硅烷的乙醇溶液置换复合材料;将复合材料用置换液浸泡;将复合材料以乙醇为干燥介质进行CO2超临界干燥得到果胶基气凝胶‑碳泡沫航天复合材料。本发明以蜜胺泡沫为前驱体的碳泡沫为骨架,通过真空浸渍果胶溶胶,再经过凝胶、老化和超临界干燥制备出果胶基气凝胶‑碳泡沫航天复合材料。将碳泡沫作为骨架,提高了果糖基气凝胶的机械强度,同时还改善了阻燃性能。
