A coating is arranged on the surface of the carbon-ceramic composite material to obtain the carbon-ceramic composite material containing the coating, the carbon-ceramic composite material containing the coating is machined to obtain the aviation carbon-ceramic brake material, and the aviation carbon-ceramic brake material is high in heat conductivity, free of howling and stable in brake performance.
