Intelligent grouting lifting system and method
The invention discloses an intelligent grouting lifting system and method. The system comprises a sensing measurement module, a data acquisition intelligent analysis module and a self-adaptive grouting module. The sensing measurement module is used for acquiring settlement, offset and stress data of a track in real time and transmitting the settlement, offset and stress data of the track to the data acquisition intelligent analysis module in real time; the data acquisition and intelligent analysis module is used for analyzing track settlement, offset and stress data, obtaining corresponding lifting parameters, calculating grouting parameters based on the lifting parameters and sending corresponding grouting instructions to the self-adaptive grouting module; and the self-adaptive grouting module is used for performing grouting lifting on the corresponding track based on the grouting instruction. According to the method, grouting lifting is conducted on the track with settlement deviation through a grouting lifting method, and therefore the problems that an existing track lifting method is poor in precision and low in efficiency are solved.
