Repair structure and repair method of ancient building girder
The invention provides a repairing structure and a repairing method for a girder of an ancient building. The repairing structure comprises a log beam and a reinforcing wood beam, the log beam is configured to correspondingly form a mortise after a rotten part is removed, and the reinforced wood beam is correspondingly provided with a tenon which is matched and joggled with the mortise; wood grooves for connecting the log beam and the reinforcing wood beam are formed in the two sides of the joggling position respectively, and steel sheets are inserted into the wood grooves; steel bars penetrating through the wood beams and fasteners used for locking and attaching the steel bars to the wood beams are arranged between the steel sheets. A plurality of steel bars are regularly arranged on the log beam or the reinforced wood beam, and at least two steel bars are configured to be fixed between the mortise and the tenon in a penetrating manner along the log beam; the rotten parts of the log beams are removed to form the mortises, the tenons formed by the reinforcing wood beams are in joggling fit with each other, and the steel sheets and the steel bars are connected in the two wood beams in a reinforcing mode, so that the whole repairing structure is firm in connection and capable of bearing large bending moment, the appearance of the repairing structure is almost consistent with that of an original structure, and the original appearance of an ancient building is kept to the maximum extent.
本发明提供一种古建筑大梁的修复结构及其修复方法,该修复结构包括原木梁和加固木梁;原木梁配置成将腐烂部分去除后对应形成一榫槽,加固木梁对应设置有与榫槽相适配榫接的榫头;在榫接处的两侧分别开设有连接原木梁和加固木梁的木槽,木槽内插置设有钢片;钢片之间设有穿透木梁的钢筋、和用于将钢筋锁附在各自木梁上的紧固件;多个钢筋规则布置在原木梁或加固木梁上,且至少两个钢筋配置成沿原木梁穿设固定在榫槽和榫头之间;通过将原木梁去除腐烂部分形成榫槽,将加固木梁设置形成的榫头相互榫接配合,再通过钢片和钢筋在两木梁的内部加固连接,使得整个修复结构连接牢靠,能承受较大弯矩,且外观与原结构几乎一致,最大限度保持古建筑原貌。
