The molar ratio of the sum of the mole numbers of the hydroxyl groups of the sorbitol polyoxyethylene ether and the glycerol polyoxyethylene ether to the phosphorus pentoxide is 2: 1, and the mass concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution is 30%. The organophosphate salt prepared by the invention is used as a concrete viscosity reducer to be matched with a polycarboxylic acid water reducer, so that the time for completely emptying the slump of a concrete mixture in a rewinding manner is saved by more than 25%, the workability of concrete is remarkably improved, and the organophosphate salt has the characteristics of simple process, high safety, low energy consumption and low production cost.
