Polycarboxylate viscosity reducer and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a polycarboxylic acid type viscosity reducer and a preparation method thereof. The viscosity reducer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 35 parts of isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, 1 to 5 parts of unsaturated carboxylic acid, 0.5 to 2 parts of unsaturated carboxylic ester, 0.1 to 2 parts of cationic monomer, 0.1 to 2 parts of silane coupling agent containing double bonds, 0.1 to 0.5 part of oxidizing agent, 0.01 to 0.1 part of reducing agent, 0.05 to 0.3 part of chain transfer agent and 0.1 to 2 parts of neutralizing agent. Wherein the molar ratio of the isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether to the unsaturated carboxylic acid is 1: (1.0-3.0). The viscosity reducer increases the thickness of a water film layer on the surface of cement particles from the molecular structure of the viscosity reducer, increases the content of free water, reduces the content of a residual water reducing agent in a cement pore liquid, enhances the surface activity, and achieves the purpose of viscosity reduction. The viscosity reducer disclosed by the invention can be used for remarkably reducing the viscosity of concrete and improving the dispersity, plasticity retaining property and workability.
本发明公开了一种聚羧酸系降粘剂及其制备方法,所述的降粘剂包括按重量份计的下述组分:异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚30‑35份、不饱和羧酸1~5份、不饱和羧酸酯0.5~2、阳离子单体0.1~2份、含双键硅烷偶联剂0.1~2份、氧化剂0.1~0.5份、还原剂0.01‑0.1份、链转移剂0.05~0.3份、中和剂0.1~2份;其中,所述异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚与不饱和羧酸的摩尔比为1:1.0~3.0。该降粘剂从自身分子结构出发增加水泥颗粒表面水膜层厚度,提高自由水含量和降低水泥孔隙液中残留的减水剂含量,强化其表面活性能力,达到降粘的目的。本发明降粘剂能显著降低混凝土粘度、提高分散性和保塑性、和易性。
