The invention relates to the technical field of building material preparation, and discloses ardealite-based lightweight aggregate with embedded microorganisms and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method of the ardealite-based lightweight aggregate comprises the following steps that 1, ardealite powder, slag powder and steel slag powder are mixed to obtain a mixture; (2) placing the mixture in a granulation device, spraying an alkali activator, and stirring to obtain primary alkali-activated aggregate; and (3) carrying out natural curing and constant-temperature and constant-humidity standard curing on the primary alkali-activated aggregate to obtain the alkali-activated aggregate, the mass ratio of the ardealite powder to the slag powder to the steel slag powder is (60-70): (30-40): (0-10). The phosphogypsum-based lightweight aggregate prepared by the invention not only can be used as an aggregate in mortar and concrete, but also can be applied to crack self-repairing in mortar and concrete, and the applicable types are wider.
本发明涉及建筑材料制备技术领域,公开了一种包埋微生物的磷石膏基轻骨料及其制备方法与应用,本发明的磷石膏基轻骨料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)磷石膏粉、矿渣粉、钢渣粉混合后得到混合物;(2)将上述混合物置于造粒装置中,喷入碱激发剂,搅拌,得到初生碱激发骨料;(3)将所述初生碱激发骨料进行自然养护和恒温恒湿标准养护,即得;所述磷石膏粉、矿渣粉、钢渣粉的质量之比为60‑70:30‑40:0‑10。本发明制备的磷石膏基轻骨料不仅可以在砂浆、混凝土中充当骨料,而且可以应用于砂浆、混凝土中裂缝自修复作用,适用的类型更加广泛。
