The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking 25-37wt% of tabular corundum particles with the particle size of 2-3mm and 28-34wt% of tabular corundum particles with the particle size of more than or equal to 1mm and less than 2mm as aggregates, and 27-38wt% of tabular corundum fine powder with the particle size of less than 0.088 mm, 2-5wt% of elemental Si powder and 1-3wt% of modified graphene nanosheets as matrixes, putting the aggregates into a stirring machine, uniformly stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; adding liquid phenolic resin accounting for 4-7wt% of the sum of the aggregate and the matrix, mixing, adding the matrix, and uniformly stirring; and carrying out mechanical pressing molding, carrying out heat treatment at the temperature of 200-250 DEG C, carrying out heat preservation at the temperature of 1220-1400 DEG C under the carbon burying condition for 5-8 hours, and naturally cooling to obtain the graphene reinforced aluminum-carbon sliding plate material. The prepared sliding plate material has the advantages of being good in oxidation resistance, excellent in slag resistance, high in strength and good in thermal shock resistance and can be used for a continuous casting system.
本发明涉及一种石墨烯增强铝碳质滑板材料及其制备方法,以25‑37wt%粒径为2‑3mm的板状刚玉颗粒、28‑34wt%粒径大于等于1mm且小于2mm板状刚玉颗粒为骨料,以27‑38wt%粒径小于0.088mm板状刚玉细粉、2‑5wt%单质Si粉、1‑3wt%改性石墨烯纳米片为基质,将骨料置于搅拌机中,加入占骨料和基质之和4‑7wt%的液态酚醛树脂,混合,再加入基质,搅拌均匀;机压成型,在200‑250℃条件下热处理,在1220‑1400℃和埋碳条件下保温5‑8小时,自然冷却,得石墨烯增强铝碳质滑板材料。本发明制备的滑板材料具有抗氧化性好、抗渣性能优异、强度高、抗热震性好的特点,可用于连铸系统。
