The concrete pipe pile post-grouting structure comprises a concrete pipe pile body, a grouting channel, a hollow elastic body, a three-way pipe, a one-way valve, a pressure release valve and a lateral grouting structure. Expanded heads with the diameter slightly larger than that of the grouting channel are arranged at the two ends of the concrete pipe pile, the lateral grouting structure is composed of a horizontal grouting head and a connecting pipe, the connecting pipe is tightly attached to the outer wall of the concrete pipe pile body, and the vertical grouting channel and the horizontal grouting channel are connected through a three-way pipe and a pressure release valve. During grouting, pile bottom grouting is firstly carried out, a pile end soil body is compacted, and the pile end bearing capacity is improved; and when the grouting pressure reaches the opening pressure of the pile side pressure release valve, pile side grouting is automatically started, soil around the pile is solidified, and the pile side bearing capacity is improved. According to the method provided by the invention, the ultimate bearing capacity of the concrete pipe pile is improved, meanwhile, the post-grouting process of the pile foundation is simplified, and the method has better economical efficiency and feasibility.
