The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, the upper prefabricated column is prefabricated; secondly, a lower prefabricated column is prefabricated; step 3, prefabricating a cross beam; fourthly, the lower prefabricated column is hoisted; fifthly, the upper prefabricated column is hoisted; sixthly, the upper prefabricated column and the lower prefabricated column are connected; seventhly, the upper prefabricated column and the lower prefabricated column are reinforced; and the like. The joint is reliable in connection quality, steel bars in a joint area can be prevented from being dense, the construction method is high in efficiency, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
