The invention relates to a preparation method of a novel fabricated concrete-filled steel tube building structure, the preparation method comprises a factory processing and manufacturing stage and an on-site installation and construction stage, the factory processing and manufacturing stage comprises ribbed cold-bending square steel tube processing, ring plate type steel corbel processing, welding forming, precast concrete beam production and precast concrete beam interface treatment; the on-site installation and construction stage comprises pretreatment before construction and construction and installation treatment. The invention further provides a novel fabricated concrete-filled steel tube building structure manufactured through the manufacturing method. The novel fabricated concrete-filled steel tube building structure comprises a concrete column with the ribbed cold-bending square steel tube and a prefabricated concrete beam. After the concrete column and the prefabricated concrete beam are assembled, a whole is formed by pouring the post-pouring section concrete layer. The prefabricated building structure has the advantages of being good in integrity, excellent in anti-seismic performance, capable of improving the efficiency of the prefabricated building structure and high in standardization degree, meanwhile, the prefabricated building structure can be used for prefabricated industrial factory buildings, logistics parks and public buildings, and the application prospect is wide.
本发明涉及一种新型装配式钢管混凝土建筑结构的制备方法,制备方法包括工厂加工制作阶段和现场安装施工阶段,工厂加工制作阶段包括带肋冷弯方钢管加工、环板式钢牛腿加工、焊接成型、生产预制混凝土梁、预制混凝土梁界面处理;现场安装施工阶段包括施工前预处理、施工安装处理。本发明还提出运用本制备方法制备的新型装配式钢管混凝土建筑结构,包括具有带肋冷弯方钢管的混凝土柱、预制混凝土梁;混凝土柱与预制混凝土梁装配后,再通过浇筑后浇段混凝土层形成一个整体。本发明具有整体性好,抗震性能优良,提升了装配式建筑结构的效率,标准化程度高的优点,同时可用于装配式工业厂房、物流园区及公共建筑中,应用前景广阔。
