The invention discloses an on-site prestress tensioning method for a super-large cable group, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, performing simulation analysis and checking calculation on a construction process of a large-span cable-supported truss structure and a tensioning process of a cable group in the structure, and determining a control cable force of each tensioning batch and a cable force in a tensioning final state; meanwhile, proper tensioning equipment is selected according to the cable force; secondly, a supporting jig frame is erected, a main structure and a cable body are installed, and after the main structure and the cable body are installed, a peripheral jig frame is dismantled; then, all the cable bodies are graded in batches, tensioning is conducted in sequence according to the length of the cable bodies from small to large, and after tensioning is completed, tensioning is conducted in sequence according to the length of the cable bodies from large to small; and after the cable force meets the design requirement, tensioning is completed, and the remaining jig frame is detached. The prestressed cable is tensioned in a positive sequence and then in a reverse sequence in batches and stages, so that the construction efficiency is improved, the cable force loss in the tensioning process is greatly reduced, the influence of tensioning on a built structure is reduced, and the reliability of a main body structure after being put into use is ensured.
