Complex-shape reaction sintering silicon carbide ceramic forming die and forming method thereof
The invention discloses a complex-shape reaction sintering silicon carbide ceramic forming mold which comprises a porous resin outer mold and a porous resin inner mold, a complex-shape cavity is formed between an inner cavity of the porous resin outer mold and the outer wall of the porous resin inner mold, and a grouting hole communicated with the complex-shape cavity is formed in the lower portion of the porous resin outer mold. The upper end of the porous resin inner mold is provided with an exhaust hole communicated with the complex-shaped cavity, and the bottom of the porous resin inner mold is provided with an air blowing hole. The invention further discloses a forming method of the reaction-sintered silicon carbide ceramic with the complex shape. A ceramic product is formed in a resin mold grouting mode, moisture and solvent in slurry are automatically absorbed through a porous resin mold, and moisture and drying shrinkage deformation of a demolded green body are effectively reduced. The raw material ratio and sintering conditions are optimized, the density of the obtained high-strength and high-density complex-shape reaction sintered silicon carbide ceramic material is 3.02 g/cm < 3 >, the purity is larger than or equal to 99.99%, and the maximum three-point bending strength at the room temperature can reach 250 MPa.
本发明公开了一种复杂形状反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷成型模具,包括多孔树脂外模和多孔树脂内模,所述的多孔树脂外模的内腔与多孔树脂内模的外壁之间形成复杂形状型腔,所述的多孔树脂外模下部设置有连通复杂形状型腔的注浆孔,所述的多孔树脂内模上端设置有连通复杂形状型腔的排气孔,所述的多孔树脂内模底部设置有吹气孔。还公开了复杂形状反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷的成型方法。采用树脂模具注浆方式成型陶瓷产品,通过多孔树脂模具自动吸收浆料中的水分和溶剂,有效减少了脱模后坯体的水分和干燥收缩变形量。优化了原料配比及烧结条件,得到高强度、高密度的复杂形状反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷材料的密度为3.02 g/cm3,纯度≥99.99%,室温下的三点弯曲强度最大可达250MPa。
