Reaction sintering silicon carbide and wet forming preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of structural ceramic materials, in particular to reactive sintering silicon carbide and a wet forming preparation method thereof. The invention discloses reactive sintering silicon carbide and a wet forming preparation method thereof. The wet forming preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 85 wt.%-92 wt.% of silicon carbide, 5 wt.%-10 wt.% of a carbon source, 1 wt.%-2 wt.% of a dispersing agent, 1 wt.%-2 wt.% of a binder and 0.3 wt.%-0.5 wt.% of a thickening agent to obtain mixed slurry; carrying out defoaming treatment on the mixed slurry; pouring the defoamed mixture into a forming mold for drying, wherein the material of the forming mold is plastic or glass; and carrying out buried sintering treatment on the dried sample to obtain the reaction sintered silicon carbide. The reactive sintering silicon carbide prepared by the wet forming process provided by the invention is simple in forming process and does not need a plaster mold, so that various devices matched with the plaster mold are reduced, and the production cost of the whole process is greatly reduced.
本发明涉及结构陶瓷材料技术领域,具体涉及一种反应烧结碳化硅及其湿法成型制备方法。本发明公开了一种反应烧结碳化硅及其湿法成型制备方法,包括步骤:取原料85 wt.%~92 wt.%碳化硅、5 wt.%~10 wt.%碳源、1 wt.%~2 wt.%分散剂、1 wt.%~2 wt.%粘结剂以及0.3 wt.%~0.5 wt.%增稠剂混合,获得混合浆料;将混合浆料进行除泡处理;将除泡后的混合物倒入成型磨具进行烘干,成型模具材料为塑料或者玻璃;将烘干后的样品进行埋烧处理,获得反应烧结碳化硅。本发明提供的的湿法成型工艺制备的反应烧结碳化硅,其成型工艺简单,且不需要石膏模具,从而减少了石膏模具相配套的各种设备,极大的降低了整个工艺生产成本。
